My order is stuck on "Order Placed." TWR customer service is unresponsive.
I placed the order for my radios on July 19, 2023. We are eight days later, and the status of my order is still "Order Placed." I messaged their customer service about it, and the answer was that my order should ship soon and I should wait. I hope this can be resolved shortly. Otherwise, I would have to cancel my order.
