I have been trying to contact UOB customer care line for a week but to no avail. the voice mail doesn’t help as the options are limited and don’t have the service that I need. As I need to speak to someone regarding the matter. But the phone banking only direct us to UOB chat website. When I use the website. Either they request me to key the catcha multiple times or when I finally get in the the chat part. The waiting period of the assistant is extremely long and I have to rekey the catcha to get in to the chat again! It’s really horrible. I went to the customer service branch. They told me I can only call the care centre. They are unable to help. Really disappointing!
