Noticed charged
Noticed my statement was charged with a different request which was nearly $2k. Called them n they realised it wasn’t customer’s (my) fault 😤 I was told they even wanna charge me if I cancel the request which was ridiculous! This call to clarify took around 1hr 15mins 😤 The actual request now is being reviewed n will take 7-10 working days, wasted time while waiting for approval. Also the staff on the phone don’t speak English well, spoke to 2 staff, one even read from a script n I wonder if she understood what she was reading. Hope the next time I speak to someone there speaks loud n clear English.
