Unacceptable
I had a scheduled and confimed appointment to install a TV purchased at Costco one week ago. One hour before the installation was supposed to happen, I received an email from Angi cancelling the appointment and rescheduling for the following week, when I will be out of town. The reason? They could not find anyone to do the installation! What?? This is what they are supposedly in business to do. I cancelled the installation altogether and demanded a refund. Costco would be well advised NOT to partner with such an unreliable, unprofessional company.
