Unable to get through their Chat online…
Unable to get through their Chat online and Customer Service on the phone. Been trying for days. They are obviously not ready to handle Citibank clients. Really zero star service compared to Citibank. Makes me want to reconsider continuing my credit card with them. Still waiting for my card replacement and been more than a week!
