Scam! Software is essentially freeware, tied into renewals!
Software works the same as the free Sandisk software (there are others out there too. Please check for them as all do the same as wondershare without the poor business practises and stealing) Wondershare immediately tie you in to an automatic renewal that you cannot cancel. They show you how but it can only be done on a desktop computer despite everything else being possible from a mobile phone. There is literally no way to stop paying without using a desktop and even then it’s super convoluted. Absolute scam. EDIT - Response to Wondershares reply : Yes, I realise how trials work and this is not that. To clarify - Wondershare offer a one month option (presumably for people who just need to sort out one or two files) which auto renews. I don’t have a problem with the auto renewal (although I would absolutely argue that this is not a trial at all, I never claimed it to be, it’s a one month rolling subscription) what I have a massive problem with is making the only way to cancel to use a desktop pc. You have deliberately made the cancellation process unnecessarily difficult than it needs to be. It’s shady a shady business practise plain and simple!
