Amazing customer service
My Lush 3 stopped vibrating after a few weeks which was frustrating but the customer service was incredible. I emailed on a Saturday morning not expecting a reply until the next working day but had a reply by that evening. Joen was absolutely brilliant in getting everything sorted and now I have a new one on the way. Thank you Joen!
