Be warned about deceptive business…
Be warned about deceptive business practices when ordering merchandise from a website called Ebuy7.com. I placed an order with them on January 28, 2023. They requested more money for shipping so I cancelled the order on February 1 and again on Feb. 9, 2023. They shipped the order anyway and I found it on my front porch Feb.23rd. That same day I refused to accept delivery -- took the parcel to the US post office -- the clerk took parcel and marked it Refused. (image can be attached) ............ I then submitted a dispute with PayPal. The USPS tells me new tracking numbers are not provided because no money is exchanged. My understanding is that the package would be returned to the sender, or to the address on the package. I informed Troy at Ebuy7 of this situation. Now Troy is expecting me to pay for the order. The fact that Ebuy7 would ship a cancelled order is deceptive at best. It smells of fraud. Too bad China does not have a Better Business Bureau -- they need one. I have found 3 addresses in China for associated with Ebuy7. The people who give good reviews for Ebuy7 probably do not realize they have been scammed in some way ... from counterfeit goods, to purposely inflated shipping cost to extract more money. Even the 5-star reviews look bogus.
