I was supposed to get funds from my brother through wire transfer. After 2 weeks none of the DBS staffs are not able to either trace or able to get the funds deposited to my account. These staffs have no clue on their own policies, procedures and standards. Now my money is stranded somewhere in some intermediary bank and these DBS (Dubious) guys have no clue how to resolve it?
