AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Where do I start? I ordered a dress in late June. They promised a shipping time of UP TO 14 days. 14 days came and went and when I messaged them, they told me the dress was on backorder. Told them I wanted a refund. Told me my order was already processed DESPITE not being shipped. They refused to give a refund or tracking. I escalated with Paypal. On the LAST day, they input a tracking number that showed fake movement in NY. Paypal said they could do nothing until 10 days with no tracking movement. On the 9th day, they actually posted an item from CHICAGO. When the item arrived FIVE DAYS later, it was a SWIMSUIT from their other company called LUCKY BOP. When I messaged and emailed, they refused to answer. They are PROFESSIONAL SCAMMERS I see the ‘response’ telling me to reply. You BLOCKED me on FB and left my messages on read and stopped replying to my EMAILS! Don’t patronize me scammer.
