Neither one of my two dogs were ever trained on Paper puppy pads. So I contacted help@Puppypads and got an almost instantaneous response. IT was obviously not an "automated answer". It was very specific to my situation and I'm extremely impressed with the product and the support so far. Fingers crossed that my boys will get the message and do their part next.
