I bought rail tickets from RailNinja…
I bought rail tickets from RailNinja last summer. The train we were booked for got cancelled and I was never alerted to this from RN. When I contacted the RN company they told me I had to retrieve my actual tickets from the train station in London which cost me hours of my vacation time in London. Then I spent months (from August until January) trying to get my refund. Finally I got refunded for one ticket but not for the second ticket. My guess is that I will never be reimbursed for the second ticket. If I am wrong I will gladly change my review but I’m not holding my breath.
