Poor customer service
Poor customer service. I received a pair of bibs I ordered but did not like. I have become email penpals with someone who does not want to accept a return. If you look at their website and read the return policy it is vague, and now obvious, they are not willing to work with the customer. It almost feels like a scam, but I did receive the product. The quality of the product is not what I had anticipated. I guess I will be donating or using if I choose to paint the house.
