I have a Qidi Plus 4 whose motherboard broke down. Fortunately, Qidi has a very good helpdesk that offers excellent assistance with all your questions. I got the support of Evelyn; she was very friendly and very helpful. She explained everything clearly, and I was able to get everything working again. It almost feels like I have a kind of private helpline now, which I find very pleasant, because to me, that means the Qidi brand comes across as very reliable.
