To good to be true
The company were very helpful when I asked to change my order. I had ordered the wrong size. The goods came today but my heart sunk when I opened the package the beautiful knitted jumpers were a fabric with a print on it, so disappointed. It reminded me off yhe fabtic used on an iron board cover 😳They look like a fire hazard not worth the money. To good to be true. I tried to get a refund but they offered me 20% off my next purchase and to keep the goods as if thats going to happen. I asked if they could pay me 50% of what i paid and they offered 30% discount off my next purchase. It sounds like Even if i returned the items to china there is no guarantee i would get a refund. So unfortunatly im going to have to chalk the £80 i spent up to experience 😡
