The best part of the whole experience with Broadmoor was dealing with Luis our sales representative. He bent over backwards for us from the very start and we feel he went to bat when it came time to make the deal. The dealership was also top notch and the delivery experience was great with Charlie and Molly in finance. We drove 800 miles one way because they were one of the few dealers that had the unit we were looking for in stock. I would have given 5 stars but there were some things that needed fixed that were very obvious and should have been taken care of prior to delivery. They were fixed before we left. We have found a few more little issues since, that we can fix ourselves. We also felt the unit could have been cleaned more thoroughly for a new unit. Overall very satisfied! John & Michele
