What the hell is going on with the UOB? I originally used the Citibank credit card, but Citibank is now acquired by UOB, and this is my first monthly payment from UOB, and the credit card due date is 7th August 2023. So at 9:24 that night, I paid through the HLB Connect mobile APP, thinking that it was all right, but who knew that I received an email from HLB the next day, and HLB said that my Citi credit card account did not exist. Doesn't that mean that the payment is overdue? Something so simple can go wrong, I can't believe how you got the #1 ranking.
