Hey your system has flagged my transaction as security risk. I deposited earlier today 0,1448 btc. I can’t trade or withdraw my funds. And the Phemex agents has asked for my kyc and video of my wallet where I sent the funds from, I have provided everything the agents has asked unwillingly by force and still the matter is not resolved. If you guys don’t want my btc on your platform then why don’t phemex return the funds. Why is Phemex keeping my btc as hostage? This my ticket number 521451.
