Purchased a $1000 under the counter ice…
Purchased a $1000 under the counter ice maker, June of last year, and in August of last year that icemaker stopped working. Long story short after three pumps a lot of aggravation multiple service calls multiple emails. The company comes back and says oh by the way now you need a new motherboard because the one you have didn’t have the upgraded motherboard so two months ago they ordered a motherboard that still has not arrived, I highly recommend using another company for all of your appliance needs. I’ll give this company zero buyer beware.
