I’d think twice before dealing with MAMMOTION. Their products look great which is why I ordered a Luba mini. Somehow FedEx lost the delivery. I called mammotinon to tell them this so they could claim back from FedEx and ship me a replacement. However mammotion say they will not do anything for 20 business days. FedEx policy is a claim can be made by the shipper after 7 days. So I am out of pocket $3000 for the mower plus interest on my credit card plus the $240 I will need to pay someone to mow my yard. I am disabled and can’t do it myself. I don’t blame mammotion for losing it. Things happen. I do blame them for the we won’t do anything about the problem for 20 working days policy. Hence my concern about this firm.
