I recently made three purchases from Ciciful, hoping to refresh my wardrobe with some stylish outfits. Unfortunately, my experience with this retailer has left me feeling quite frustrated. The products I received were far from satisfactory, and the customer service response has been less than desirable. The first outfit I ordered turned out to be too big for me, which I admit is partly my fault. However, when they explained their return policy, I was surprised to find that the cost of returning the item exceeded its value. Instead, Ciciful offered me a gift card for half the purchase price, which I was going to reluctantly accepted, until they responded further about the other items. The real disappointment came with the next two purchases. Both outfits arrived damaged, and I was genuinely shocked by the poor quality control. I provided detailed pictures of the defects as requested. To my dismay, the response was yet again a half-priced gift card for each damaged item. This left me baffled – why would they offer me only half the value of a purchase they themselves sent to me in a damaged state? I expressed my unhappiness with their proposed resolution. What added to my frustration was the lack of communication after I voiced my concerns. Despite my dissatisfaction and attempts to engage with their customer service, Ciciful seemed to have gone "ghost," as they stopped responding altogether. This level of customer service is disappointing and not reflective of a reputable retailer. In conclusion, my experience with Ciciful has been far from satisfactory. While I understand that mistakes can happen, the lack of adequate support and the consistent offer of half-priced gift cards for damaged items is a letdown. I had hoped for a resolution that would reflect the value of my purchases and the inconvenience I faced, but unfortunately, my concerns were met with silence.
