DO NOT ORDER! I ordered my item - CF00029318 on the 25th July , I then emailed on 7th August asking for an update to then be told my item was not in stock as it is a ‘’BIG SELLER’ yet nobody let me know via email ? I was then told to pick something else if I wanted it to arrive by the date I needed it for 20th August…. From the 7th to present day have asked for a refund and have just been offered a £10 gift voucher to add to my next purchase. I still have not received any refund and am still waiting for them to reply to me . This is absolutely ridiculous, I paid £40.98 for 1 ITEM !!! This is a lot of money for 1 thing for you not to be giving me my money back or even letting me know you’ve processed a refund ! This needs to be sorted as I want my FULL REFUND OF £40.98!!
