So far so good. Had problem with payment instructions but it was solved quickly. Good support via email. Now hoping that delivery is done within 2-5 days as written on webpage. Waiting eagerly to test the two new bikes I bought. Update Nov 9 ; bikes delivered as promised and works great. 35 km + 40 km on my Max and there is still ca 30% left in batery.
