Ordered a fingerprint scanner
Ordered a fingerprint scanner, on the webpage it said it would take 3-5 days delivery, took weeks and it wouldn't work, sent photos and video proof, they asked me to reset, which I had obviously done many times, and now nearly one month later still no refund or solution. Waste of money and time, terrible customer service. They say there try and respond within 72 hours it's been 6 days since I heard anything. Following placing this review a fewxdays later I was contacted directly and offered a refund, service was excellent, but pity it couldn't have been resolved initially, so I'm going to increase my score from 1 to 3
