Overpriced, don't use
The ticket was simple enough to book, but that was the only positive. Minutes later I found out the price was nearly double what I could get the ticket for through normal channels. I canceled my ticket immediately, and despite being over 10 days out from the date of the ticket, I was only refunded 80%. The whole system is a complete ripoff, and I will never use rail ninja again and will advise everyone else to avoid it as well.
