My recently lost my baby brother to violence, I researched urn necklaces in search of a perfect piece of jewelry. When I came across the YFN Jewelry site, their pieces are beautiful. I place my order for the one I adored and there was a mishap in my order, however after reaching out to the costumer service department about the mistake. Fioana was awesome; she sent me suggestions of other urn necklaces and one of her suggestions was a perfect fit for the my baby brother.
