Free refund and reschedule is a lie
I booked a hotel with "Free refund and reschedule Before x date" I applied for a refund before that date, to my surprise they charged a "refund fee". I contacted the customer service, they confirmed the fees and there was noway to avoid it. Liers. 2 stars for the easy booking process and customer service that replied quickly
