Carlcare is totally a SCAM and FRAUD…
Carlcare is totally a SCAM and FRAUD and i request all not to purchase anything which shows carlcare as their aftersales service provider (infinix, tecno etc) I purchased a Brand New Mobile Infinix Hot 30 play and when i tried to use it for the first time i found that the mobile IMEI is locked. I went to the seller and he told me to contact carlcare.com and make an appeal to UNLOCK the phone. I made an appeal with all my personal credentials and proofs of purchase but for the last 72 hours carlcare have not bothered to even have a look at my appealand the mobile is still blocked. The aftersales service of Carlcare is muc more than PATHETIC and they do not care about their customers at all. Now i am having a brand new Infinix phone and havent used it even for a single time. Plz Stay away from Carlcare if you really care about your hard earned money
