A frustrating booking experience
Booking was a frustrating experience. After completing what I believed was a successful booking and making a payment an email arrived to inform me that the required train was not available. I was offered an alternative or a refund. After accepting a refund I tried another train and the same thing happened again. Both trains are still being advertised as available on the website.
