After making three separate attempts to book flight tickets through their platform, each time successfully processing payments using the Unipay method, I was shocked to receive failure messages in the final booking step. Understandably frustrated, I reached out to their customer service, only to have the employee abruptly hang up on me during the first call. After persistent attempts, I managed to reach their customer service again. To their credit, they promptly refunded two of the failed transactions. However, the third transaction, despite multiple follow-ups, remained unresolved. It was only after further calls that I was informed it might take some time to receive the refund for the third transaction. This uncertainty has left me feeling frustrated and doubtful about Cheaptickets.hk's commitment to resolving customer issues promptly. This experience has been far from the seamless booking process I expected. The technical glitches and the lack of responsiveness from customer service have tarnished my confidence in their services.
