Customer service sucks!
First meal I opened up had 2 hairs mixed in. The other meals received were fine and were quite tasty. My complaint is that I reached out to customer service twice (and still trying) to come to a solution. I know these things can happen, but customer service is supposed to help. Not ignore a serious issue.
