The support service is OUT OF THIS WORLD
I'm not usually one for reviews or to give such high praise and generous rating but the support chat they offer for help was incredible. Not only did they respond to me within 20 minutes they continued to answer every clueless question with helpful answers, video guides and friendly kind attitude. Without even needing to mention how stable and great the servers actually run. The support team available is exactly what every new experienced user wants and needs and i couldn't be more satisfied or recommend their service more well worth the price tag that is still CHEAPER than the lower quality no chat support official realms service Minecraft themselves offer
