Bad Customer Service and Bad Quality of Goods
Extremely disappointing customer service. Received an order with damaged, warped goods due to crushed packaging. When I reached out with photos requesting a replacement or a prepaid return label, the company refused to cover return shipping, effectively forcing me to pay out-of-pocket freight costs ($60+) just to send back defective items. Ended up having to file a formal credit card dispute to get my money back. Buyer beware.
