Food is GREAT; Customer Service is hard to reach.
Food is GREAT! I have tried 2 other meal services and Fresh n Lean has the best quality food, by far. Most weeks, the meals I chose have at least 1 wrong meal included and 1 missing. My most recent box, came 3 days late and was delivered hot. I always have such a hard time getting in touch with customer service and still have yet to have the issue with the most recent box, be address or refunded. When I am able to reach CS, Jenny E is always helpful. It is just annoying how hard they make it to actually get a hold of an actual person.
