Well after a lot of wasted time
Well after a lot of wasted time, having evidence dismissed because of how I took photos, the picture is still not central on the mug, it needs to be moved at least one cm to the right to be central. The replacement they sent never had the original flaw between the cup and transfer but the transfer is still off centre. I haven’t asked for much I just want the £35 dog mug that I saw on instagram not the one they sent. I want no white strip around the handle, like the video, and I want the picture to be central, not off to the side, like the video. I have been offered 10 percent off my next purchase but why would I order off a company who doesn’t send what they advertise. An update I have just been sent £3.50, which is 10 percent of the mug price. All I wanted was the mistake corrected and it wasn’t. I DO NOT TRUST this company anymore Update: I have been given a full refund for the mug as I finally provided adequate proof, this was done by using a tape measure. After a long drawn out and unnecessary process, I have been asked to review or delete my review. I said I would edit once I had the refund. I have received the refund and a new email prompting me to delete my reviews. I have previously ordered from this company and I have had no problems whatsoever, this is my first problem but I am so disappointed with the way it was finally rectified it has lost them a customer. I have decided not to delete but to change the stars from one( would have given zero originally if I could have) up to three stars.
