Ridiculous and no one answer call at all no matter is office or after office hour , after all the answers listen to music for more than 40 mins , line cut off. The so call Live Chat has got no one to answer too.. If you can’t handle do not take over Citibank , never experience this in other bank , thank god do not have any banking with this lousy bank.
