Great customer service
Updated: updated to 5 stars. Customer service reached out to me and sent (and expedited shipping on) a 7ft cover and sent me a return label for the 6ft bag. The 7 ft fits sooo great. There is some excess material but it doesn’t change function or comfort at all. By getting the 7ft, it allows the bag to sit lower and wider and makes it much more useable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Original post: The 6’ bag fit my lovesac supersac but it’s not 6’ in diameter. It’s closer to 4’ so it causes the bag to sit more narrow and very high. A kid can’t even get up onto it. As a 5’11 adult, I have to jump up onto it. I would have thought it would have been 6’ in diameter so it sits lower and wider and can actually be used.
