Terrible customer service
I ordered pajama bottoms on Dec 7th and realized right after that an old address populated into the shipping address. My fault. I immediately sent an email asking for the address to be changed. 3 days later they told me my order was in process and could not be changed and I needed to contact the post office. I reached out to the post office and they said the sender needed to send the change request. I sent the Geeks a follow email indicating what the post office told me. Today, 10 days later they sent me an email saying my order has shipped , sent me a tracking number and said it would take some time to get here. I tracked the package and it says it was delivered to wrong address on the 13th. These people lie. Don’t buy from them.
