Horrendous customer service. #18370UK Issue with order multiple emails no reply in over two weeks. Live chat just sends them an email. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with for customer service. Item just wasn’t refunded, wasn’t shipped no communication. So lucky I have Amex they just charged it back.
