BS customer service
I ordered 2 pairs of leggings... the same leggings, 2 different sizes... i received 2 completely different pairs. Contacted customer service asking for a replacement pair of the wrong one... they in turn offered a $5 refund and then offered a $10 refund and asked that I pay for the shipping to return the wrong ones. Why in the heck do I have to pay to return something they sent me in error? All I want was the correct leggings... and its been days of back and forth them asking me to pay or to accept $5.... I paid $45. How is $5 or $10 even reasonable? Shipping back to then would cost me over $20! Do not deal with this company!!! Their customer service or lack there of is awful...
