Parcel never arrived
Even tough my Osmo5 camera which I ordered on DJI website never arrived (DPD messed up) I'm giving DJI 5 stars for the customer service which is outstanding and the products are premium quality. I'm based in the UK and so far my experience with DJI has ben very positive. I now own NEO2 and OSMO5 and will be looking to add some of their new gadgets to my inventory in the future
