I had multiple unauthorized charges from this service. I was charged €15.99, €14.99 and €6.99 on the same day without my consent. This is unacceptable. I have requested an immediate refund. If this issue is not resolved quickly, I will escalate the matter and take formal action. Be careful when using this service.
