No response from them and not yet receive my refund
Bus was being cancelled without informing earlier, reached the terminal bus only informed by the counter yet the refund need myself to deal with busonlineticket... been calling and whatsapp the customer service to request the refund, no pick up phone and not even reply message... irresponsible and its kinda a bad experience with this online system. disappointed..
