Total scammers. Buyer BEWARE
Completely crap product. I ordered Any Video Converter to reformat a couple videos and when the videos didn't work, I requested a refund thinking oh they have a 30 day money back guarantee! Of course then I get hit with their ridiculous policy which basically says if it doesn't work or you get double charged we'll refund, but everything else is off the table! AVC is a complete SCAM -- that explanation should be upfront when you pay, not hidden in fine print! Money back guarantees are exactly that and this is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT.
