This was my first purchase, and I ordered my usual size 9 in both a slingback and pump style. the fit was close but I decided to do an exchange for a half size up. While waiting for a reply and how to do that a delivery of the 9&1/2 in the slingback came. Also they didn't want me to return (for my convenience) but to keep or donate! I have never had this experience and will be placing many orders. The error was mine so size 9&1/2 works perfectly Thank you Ella
