I requested cancellation of my order about ten days after my request, given shipment was still pending. My request was responded to with repeated offers for discounts on added purchases, etc. I wrote a Trustpilot review and Futario committed to cancelling & refunding my funds. Yet, as anticipated (given repeated dismissals) the product was delivered and my $100+ kept. Futario has no concept of what customer service means. I'll never order from Futario again, given how invisible they treat the customer once they have their money. Don't waste your time.

Complete scam. JUST SAY NO
Complete scam. Don't fall for it.
I submitted my order 10/1/25. 10 days later I inquired about shipping. When told it hadn't yet been shipped. I emailed 5 TIMES requesting cancellation & was repeatedly dismissed. Consistent with previous non-acceptance, 3 wks later, I was informed my order could not be cancelled, as it was in process of shipment. I'll believe the referenced refund when I see it.
As anticipated, the shipment was delivered, despite multiple requests to cancel order.
No refund. Futario's reply here bears zero truth or integrity.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH Futario.
