0 star if there was one. Fortunately for you. UOB thank you for breaking the record. How many times do i have to block my card and replace a new one in a span of a few months?? Still have the audacity to ask me if i knew of such transactions, or if i had received any OTP and shared that info bla bla bla like i've only learnt how to use a card.. im tired of having my money frozen and wait for a new card and wait further for your fraudulent team to investigate and decide if i am to be refunded. Of course i deserve my money back!! Its much safer under my pillow!! What are you guys doing over there!??! I have 12 fraudulent transactions on the same day to the same US based company and not a single OTP received, your security systems of protecting customer's money are a joke!!
