I am not sure where all of the negative reviews are coming from. Our doll came two days ago. I ordered her 14 days ago, so I am please with that. The doll doesn't look exactly like the one we chose, but they are hand done so that should be expected to an extent. We also got a ton of outfits with her. I am pleased with the quality and price and my daughter is so happy with her reborn baby.
