Great staff, excellent work ethic, consistent communication; they advocate for your success!
This was my first experience working with a job resource like Frontline. Although I was initially hesitant, I was quickly impressed with the professionalism and care I received towards helping me reach my employment goals. Working with the staff at Frontline was a joy during the entire hiring process. I truly believe that I wouldn't have been nearly as prepared for each stage of the interview process had I not been aided by their staff. They even helped me successfully negotiate my desired salary! Something I wouldn't have been confident enough to do alone. Their emphasis on consistent communication and preparation is ultimately what helped me achieve my job placement goals. They followed up with me every step of the way - even after being hired. I'm thankful for their service and highly recommend Frontline to anyone looking for a leg up in the hiring process.
