Photo wallet
I purchased a photo wallet and was quite disappointed with the result, I emailed them straight away and within a couple hrs I had a reply, apologetic and very helpful, offered to replace with a new one free of charge, I wasnt expecting anything I just wanted them to know my feedback. But I was very pleased with customer service and the quick replies..
